What does “used” mean?

Do boxes include inserts (trays, leaflets, inlays)?

SIM keys and trays are always included. Other inserts vary by listing — if included, they will be clearly stated. If not mentioned, assume outer box only.

Do you offer bulk orders?

What are your delivery times?

All orders are dispatched the same working day (cut-off applies) via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
